Am I lucky to have had the opportunity to travel, or is it because I've traveled, I feel lucky to have the opportunities I've had. It seems like a strange sentence, but when you think about it, it means exactly what the words say.

In my lifetime I've traveled to 22 (and counting) countries and I believe that the places I've seen, the cultures I've embraced and the experiences I've experienced have shaped who I am today.

A notable time in my life was when I was only 20 years old and I was in Australia. Why was I in Australia? Because one very cold evening...

We experienced ‘Fake Fall’ the morning of Oct. 7, 2023 downtown Midland, TX at the Lo. Street Market. Always, the first Saturday of every month. The morning was chilly but it warmed right up in no time. Sounds about right for Midland weather. 

The market's best seller was: ‘Color Like a Boss Colorful Knit Long Cardigan’. I love that y’all love color as much as I do!

On May 28, two men broke into a storage facility in Midland and stole ZJoxaCo owner and founder LaVerne Woroschuk's trailer which had property for her Boutique Business. The stolen property puts a financial strain on LaVerne and her company. Woroschuk and her fiance Steven Bailey contacted Midland Police and reported the trailer stolen on June 3rd. Bailey stated that he is offering a $1,000 award for anyone who has information regarding their stolen property.

Personally in the past 6 months, I've been to Phoenix (Az) -> twice, Park City (Utah), Dallas (Texas), Georgetown (Texas), Palm Springs (Cali), and I also work a full time job and I run the store! So phew, its been alot! But again, loved every minute of the whirlwind. Life is so great, all you can do is live it to the fullest!

After the 3 in a row markets we decided to park the trailer for Christmas break. TBD what is coming down the pipe for markets in the new year, but we will keep y'all posted!

I did Pop Spot Midland! This was the first time for Z & Joxa Co. to do a Pop Spot vendor show. I do have to say Thursday night was my fav mostly because of the bar service (haha) how fun is it to sip + shop or in my case sip + sell. Thank you to my fiancé who was my helper both days! He did so good!

Well October was a whirl wind, hence the delay in this blog post! In October we did a market every weekend including two back-to-back for a three day in a row market spree! Thank you, as always, to those who support local + small biz. You are appreciated!

Let market season begin! The vendors were lined up down the street this Lo. Street Market and Z & Joxa Co. was part of the mix. As always thank you to everyone who stopped by and shopped, you are appreciated! Great job Micromarket for another successful day, see you in November!

It’s too bad the pool was off limits because jeez did I ever wanna jump in! The month says it’s Fall, but the weather says summer!

I had a blast with my fellow Grace + Hustle small biz friends at the Fall Market at the Barn. This market was at a private residence on the outskirts of Midland. It was a beautiful day outside, with a little breeze every once in a while.

The market was at The Tailgate which is always a good time! The music had me dancing along as I was checking-out customers and the tacos from Frenchy's food truck were delish as usual.

The very first market in Odessa for Z & Joxa. This market was a parking lot hit! The Z & Joxa 10x10 spot backed onto the street. There was a customer that said she saw our 'I Hope You Have a Good Day Sweater' from the street and had to turn around, park, and come buy it!

Another downtown Lo. Street Market in the books! This market, which is hosted by Mircomarket, is the first Saturday of every month. Between Loraine St. and Colorado St. along Wall St. the street gets shutdown for the day and all us vendors pop-up for a lil' mini street fest.
