Do you accept returns?

Yes, absolutely. We will accept a return for any item that you receive that you're not happy with, if it took longer than anticipated, if it doesn't fit, or you simply just don't love it!

Why do the shipping times vary from item to item?

Some items sold on zjoxa.com are sent direct to the customer from the vendor. Since we sell from many different vendors from all over the world each item's shipping time depends where it is being shipped from and also it depends on the vendor shipping times.

Why did I receive an item that had different branding on it than Z & Joxa Co.?

Z & Joxa Co. sells items that are sent direct to the customer from the vendor. Some of the vendor's have their own packing and branding, so if you get an item that has a different logo on it, that is completely normal.
