Gift Card Parameters and Limits
(i) the gift card is not reloadable;
(ii) the gift card cannot be redeemable for cash;
(iii) the gift card does not have any activation fees or added service fees, or fees that reduce the value of the card over time;
(iv) Z & Joxa Co. will not issue gift cards to compensate customers for unshipped merchandise instead of providing refunds;
(v) the gift card funds will never expire;
(vi) the gift card is single-use and closed-loop (i.e., the Gift Card may only be used at zjoxa.com for the purchase of goods) and not used at any other merchant or company).
(vii) the gift card is in USD currency, if using the gift card towards a CAD purchase the day-of exchange rate will be automatically applied and the value will be converted to CAD.
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will be notified once your order has shipped.
USA: Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA otherwise $6 shipping for orders under $100. Shipping will take approximately 4-7 business days.
Canada: Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 USD to Canada otherwise $20 USD shipping for orders under $150 USD. Shipping will take approximately 15-21 business days. Note: Canadian duty will be pre-paid. You should not receive an extra duty charge upon delivery.
Exchanges + Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. You have two options when you make a return request.
Refund - Less $12. You Pay Shipping: We will refund you the return amount to your original payment method, less $12 to cover shipping costs.
Store Credit - Free. We Pay Shipping: We will send you the return amount in full In the form of a gift card to use as a store credit that will never expire.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks, hats, hair accessories, underwear, bras, undergarments, swimwear, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. ** SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return. Our Made in Uganda Jebale Ko Pant is non-returnable. Since this is a charitable item, $22 of every pair purchased is given directly to Tekera Resource Center in Uganda therefore we cannot offer refunds on this item.
