We have a 14-day return policy. You have two options when you make a return request.
Refund - Less a $10 Restocking & Return Shipping Fee: We will refund you the return amount to your original payment method, less $10 to cover restocking and shipping costs.
Store Credit - Free. We will waive the $10 Restocking and Shipping Fee: We will send you the return amount in the form of store credit that will not expire.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face masks, hats, hair accessories, underwear, bras, undergarments, swimwear, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. ** SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return. Our Made in Uganda Jebale Ko Pant is non-returnable. Since this is a charitable item, $22 of every pair purchased is given directly to Tekera Resource Center in Uganda therefore we cannot offer refunds on this item.
