We have a 14-day return policy. You have two options when you make a return request.
Refund - Less a $10 Restocking & Return Shipping Fee:Â We will refund you the return amount to your original payment method, less $10 to cover restocking and shipping costs.
Store Credit - Free. We will waive the $10 Restocking and Shipping Fee: We will send you the return amount in the form of store credit that will not expire.

Since this is a charitable item, $22 of every pair purchased is given directly to Tekera Resource Center in Uganda therefore we cannot offer refunds on this item.
